Think you'll be alright considering this "edit" appears to just be an existing Rev theme with slightly changed colors and images. Still a shame that there are toxicity in this scene and I recommend not giving access to important files to anyone at first glance.

Not sure if it is that important really. However it does need to be respected also good.

Like I've said before, My release is different from the screenshots because the kid who stole it made it look terrible.
It has added pages and things of that nature.
Its a clean CMS with very little imperfections on the release download.
This is compatible with PlusEMU r2, you can convert it to arcturus but it would break everything so if you are looking to use arcturus move over to BrainCMS or something more compatible.
You can also download Glee's Arcturus RevCMS edit which works with a few edits, it is on a RIVAL forum.
Im unsure if this will work with xampp I assume it will, I only use IIS so with that being said you might have to change some files around to work with xampp such as web.config for loading issues.
If that doesn't work on xampp find a cms backend that will work on xampp and drag the theme folder over and change the theme in config.php then it should work with minor edits.
I will not answer anymore questions regarding this CMS if you have any issues please make a thread in "Habbo Help & Support" and let the community assist you on the matter.

Shoot me a DM, The images are there its just a CSS issue, the way he linked the images. its probably trying to get the images from habwish.com or something still.

The hotel view background isn't there. I fixed the css which is getting the domain rather than the {url}.
