follow my steps carefully

1. open up your computer or vps start menu

2. control panel

3. clock, language and region

4. "change the date, time, or number format"

5. additional settings

6. where it says decimal symbol you want to change it from a comma to a dot symbol then save

restart emu and it should work

the error says input string isnt in correct format so im assuming this is the fix. are you sure you followed what i said correctly? it could probably just be a problem with your database. @Sentinel @JynX

I'm not 100% sure if this is the same error, but you need to be running the SQLs provided within the emulators folder to fix. If this isn't the fix I'm not too sure, as I haven't grasped the error shown.

I'm accurate @Xuxu posted the answer but if that isn't working I'm not sure. Besides, R2 has a few bugs, I recommend R1 if you're unsure what you're doing.
