Error on Atomcms

Hello all i was wondering knows how to resolve the following error on AtomCMS installation cant get my brain around it any help!

Honestly not entirely sure but it looks related to your website settings table

Perhaps something is blank and shouldn't be?

It's because it's getting a step on the setup that doesn't exist. I believe in the past I found the issue in the database inside website_installation table where it had a page number that didn't exist.
