Open your MySQL Folder
Find the file my.ini
Find MySQLd Tag
Add this line: skip-grant-tables
Save the file
Restart Xampp

Let me know if that works.

im using vps btw, so i think there's some configuration error. i did it same in my own laptop but it works.. :L
