Post if your emulator receives any error, or if it saves exception over a file. The exceptions would describe what causes the error.

That shouldn't cause the problem. Awhile back I checked his site and there are 508 users online, so probably it could be either side of the user is the problem, the account itself or a problem within the server (emulator).

All fixed now, it was an operating system error on my webserver which caused the external vars file to become corrupt meaning only people with cached vars could enter. Thanks for the help though guys.
