Okay, so I gave up with IIS, and decided to use xampp, and I've gotten everything setup proper, I think... and I've gotten this error.
I'm pretty sure I did everything correctly, If you see any mistakes please do let me know, again this is an r63 hotel RP hotel, I'm using phoenixrp.swf as well, with Lemon edit of revCMS, if anyone could help, thanks.
