:enable command not working

For some reason the :enable command is not working. I'm using the PLUSEmulator. Does anyone know a fix?

In the database? I did, still doesn't work.

have you guys tried uploading a new a database? and connected the emu and stuff to that database and tried the commands then? could just be a database bug? hit my up and i can sure try and help you with this problem look forward to hearing from you =}

Setting the VIP Status to 2 would be making users able to access Silver VIP Catalogue, if you were to change that, it would more or likely fuck up the catalogue as I've tried changing min ranks and vip ranks etc within the catalogue.

Try going in your permissions_ranks / permissions_groups whatever and check if the enable command is within that section.
