Emulator won't connect to client

I have setup two sets of DCRS,VARS,TEXT and both don't even work.
The emulator connects to the database now.
I have two different types of emulators and none work but they do connect to DB.
I tried turning off the firewall to see if it would connect but

firstly your port and mus port are wrong.
On the cms its 21 and 20, but on the emulator its 1232 and 22. Fix this.
Also make sure your dcrs are set up correctly, also try adding a ? after the external vars and dcr

The must IP is suppose to be set to 127.0.0.1 if non-hamachi.
Also make sure you're ports are portforwarded

We'll I changed the Housekeeping port and MUS port to the emulator port.Works.
I got my "Hotel Online" button green but client didn't want to load so I had to change the DCRS,VARS & TEXT to the other sets
I had and worked correctly. Thank you
