Emulator/TCP Error

So, My emulator loads into the client without the TCP, but with the TCP It reloads to me page (it was working and then just stopped) so yes it's configured properly and yes, it shoes on the emulator that someone had trie loading then says disconnected. I'm using Gold Tree Emulator (Based off phoenix)

Make sure your firewall is made, your CMS, mysql information with the CMS_system is correct & your config.php and make sure your must TCP allowed address is 127.0.0.1 and the mus TCP is your VPS IP

ya make sure ur TCP allowed is your VPS IP and make sure ur TCP Port is whatever TCP Port you use to connect your Emulator i.e 3000 or 30000
