Emulator doesn't open

I did follow all steps in tutorial -

When I complete step by step video guide, all looks good to go then I open Emulator to see this.

Would it be possible to fix?

Make sure that log4net.dll exists beside your application or is in the global assembly cache.

Perfect! Plus Emulator was in the wrong folder, now corrected and fixed.

Always check if you move a document then put it back in right folder or just leave it alone.
