Emulator & Client Error

Hello everyone I hope someone can help me with my error!
When I start the emu I get this:

Probably remote ip rejects the emulator.

How do I fix

Put your localhost IP as 127.0.01 or your VPS IP with Port 30000 with Mus Port as 30001

I have the right port I portforwarded 80 21 3306 30000 30001 but its not working I placed my ip in right places

Put 0.0.0.0 for Ur IP in the emulator config
