EMU + RevCMS work??

What EMU i need, to RevCMS and client work's?? I don't use PhoenixEMU. If i open PhoenixEMU in my computer, it don't work.. I see error texts very much. And i know, if i use RevCMS and UberEMU, i need to edit the database. I need help

Well, UberCMS hasnt really been used for rev,
You need windows XP + or a vps for phoenix emu to work.
