hey when trying the client with the VPS IP it works perfect, but when i Try the Proxy IP it doesn't connect to the emulator. but the Proxy is setup right and is online as it Pings, Any ideas?

Is it TCP Reverse proxy? And is the emulator phoenix?
if so go to server_settings or something go to last column and change whatever it is to 1 from 0 or vice versa, I forgot what it is since I've stopped retros.
