Yeah, this was first option. It's okay apparently a lot of people receive this error and I have been told it doesn't do any harm.

How would I get a new emulator?

There must be just a missing table on your sql try running this query
ALTER TABLE `users` ADD COLUMN `volume` int(3) NOT NULL DEFAULT 100;
and restart your emulator it should fix everything.

I get this

I get this

It means the column volume already exists. Those error means the IP they use doesn't match to the last IP they use to login.

it also happens to myself, in which I do not have a different IP to the one I registered with so its a little confusing as to why I get it
