Getting unreal lag on my R9 290, I know the game isn't optimised for AMD but lag this much for a £250 Card?

Both, does it make the lag worse? Sometimes when you turn the settings too low it hampers the game too

Has improved by 5 FPS lol, just read patch updates they know about it and they said there working on an fix here Link to read if you give a shit lol
