You must be registered for see links

Try finding any codes with this word "cash" and remove it. The page must be fine now

Exact Problem - Incorrect integer value 'Cash' for column a row 1
Solution -

ALTER TABLE cms_news MODIFY author VARCHAR(25) NOT NULL;

Reason - Because CASH Is not a Number, its a Word. Integer relies on Numbers so you would need to change it to varchar.

ALTER TABLE cms_news MODIFY author VARCHAR(25) NOT NULL;

like what @Obodiah says. This code will fix that error and you can successfully post a news article.
