domain not working

purchased a domain via namecheap set all the host records up pointing to my server but all that just comes up with a white page like this one so where have i gone wrong any help would be good at this

What's your domain?It takes DNS up to 48 hours to update.

Wickd, does have a point. But because I can see your favicon, so i believe that isn't the issue, if you give us your domain, we can see what the issue is.
