Does NOT work on cpanel what so ever

I'm trying to setup RevCMS on my byethost.com cpanel hosting and it just simply will not work and i am 100% sure all the stuff in config.php is correct because i have created 100's of hotels before and never had a problem (with other cms')

It's just white! but it works on my PC with wamp and xampp :S
Puting /index.php?url=index does not work either.

Bytehost could have a lower PHP version. Change hosts I'm afraid.

As Alex said, they probably have a lower PHP version, you can find scripts to check the PHP version or it will be in the stats at the side on the cPanel home. I think you need 5.3+.
