Navicat is also XAMPP... Also, IIS is bettr than XAMPP. Only person who will debate this is @JayCustom the poor loner...

I never said Xampp is better.. lol I only did a tutorial on how to setup Xampp securely. They are both good. I had a developer from one of my Web Design Courses tell me that Wamp, I think was the name of it, is also an amazing web server. I have been looking into that.

Yes @JayCustom I prefer Wamp to XAMPP but neither match NGINX.... Trying to learn to set that up...
