Hi, I'm making a v26 RP hotel, and I'm having a bit of xampp troubles, basically let me explain what's going on

So, I get apache running right, but for some reason ever since I re-started xampp, mySQL won't load anymore, nothing is blocking port 3306 (where mySQL runs off) and it still will not load, it keeps saying this right

it just keeps saying mySQL started, mySQL busy, and I've tried almost everything, if someone could possibly please help, I'd really appreciate it.

shut down xampp then restart your computer

I've already done this and it's hosted on a VPS, but yet it still will not work and I'm not understanding why.

I've tried this as well, I'm not too sure why this is happening actually, I've tried a lot of different things.

If your hosting it of a vps why not use IIS?

I've never actually tried making a v26 RP hotel, or even a normal v26 hotel on IIS, that's why and I didn't wanna try it out and fuck it all up.

Okay, unless you're good with setting up these types of hotels on IIS, also, I've got the hotel it's self setup and everythings working fine, it's just this mySQL error that's needing be fixed.
