Well, why not? There's a releases section, a tutorials section and a showcase section so why not have a development section?
Personally I think it will tidy up the main Coders Paradise page as it will separate the developments from the main coding topics. It makes finding other users' developments a lot easier and tidies up the section a bit.
I would say that the main Coders Paradise page is for general topics on coding, such as threads like these:
Once/if a section gets made for the developments, I have no problems phishing through the Coders Paradise section and moving all the development threads to the section.
Anyway, up to you.
