I'm sure the only reason for that is that he works fast and so he doesn't pay attention on how his code looks like, anyways i'm sure this cms is going to work out just fine and it's going to be a big success.

Your code convention isn't great.
The style you're using is over-used & over-rated, do your own.
MySQL is dead, let it die..
You have a CSS error in your first screen shot.

I would disagree with you in here.
His code convention is great to be honest.
The style he uses isn't used much and instead of wasting his time making his own template from scratch he just uses a simple great template made by gibbo.
We all know that not many people uses MySQL he could of just used MySQLi but no, this CMS is made for "noobs" people that don't know how to work with MySQLi, hence why everyone is fine with him using MySQL.
We can't see the css error your talking about.

Please, instead of wasting your time trying to put mace "Down" you could of just asked him to pay attention to much stuff he might have missed before.
