Hey guys, I am making a bootstrap radiPanel, and I've successfully ripped the navigation from bootstrap and cleaned the unwanted code.

Fail. I personally don't like bootstrap, but even I can recognise it. And this doesn't look like bootstrap.
And have you considered having a logo in the login-page?
