Try not making a comp hosted hotel, I have a VPS you can borrow but Idk how many days it has left. Try looking up a tutorial to install a Habbo Retro with IIS7. Don't use xampp because your asking to go no where + get hacked.

Well trust me it's garbage and very exploitable and + you can get hacked very easily. I can set up IIS for you it's an easy set up. I can also give you my old cms with the r63 db.
