Debugging emulator

Hi Guys! I'm currently looking for the best updated version of the PlusEMU, PlusEMU sql and SWFS. The struggle i have, updating the one i have is that it tells me i need NET. Framework v4.6.1, and i can only find the one named 4.6.1 with no V. So when i try debugging it gives me that error. Any suggestions?

I'm gonna suggest you use files from one of these two locations:

or

You must be registered for see links

When you open the emulator just download the .NET 4.6.1 ; v stands for version btw.

I hear you, and iknow it's the version buy my Visual Studio says it need to use "4.6.1" without the V, and then when i'm debugging it' gives me the error.
