Database errors (CATALOG)

Okay, I am trying to use DOWNF4LL's most recent catalog release, and every time I place them in to navicat it always give me a "[err]" or [msg] finished unsuccessfully]" What does those notices mean, like I didn't have this problem in PHPMYADMIN, but why this? I've only use navicat for about like a few days. Please shine some light on my situation.
