Go to your skins folder and add a new text file and call it "headern.css"
Go to:

You must be registered for see links

& Paste that into the headern.css file
Then go to the pages you want it on. If you want it on all go to every page and add this:
<link rel="stylesheet" href="{url}/app/tpl/skins/{skin}/headern.css" type="text/css"/>
Also, some colours:
Brown - bruin
Green - groen
Orange - oranje-community
Black - zwart
Blue - blauw
Yellow - credits
Red - red-admin
Purple - duckets
Light Blue - lichtblauw
Light Red - rood
