I was wondering if there is any tutorials out there is any tutorial on how to make your own commands for R63 Retro or a Emu that is R63 that has a good load of commands that are not easily exploited
No because commands can't be tutorialized. That's coding. You learn for yourself, or you get in a class, or have a friend teach you the basics. You can't learn C in a 10 minute video.
