Creating a hotel on a web host?

I currently have a domain hosted with Surftown. Is it possible to create a habbo retro on a web host without a VPS?

I hosted a WoW server before - I ran the website on a webhost and the server on my PC - I linked the website with my server with opened ports on my router.
Can I do the same thing with a habbo hotel?

Yes, it is possible, as long as you link everything the right way, and the ports are opened.
