Crash rank 100% and client redem

Hello, so I still have this little problem that if I rank between 10 and 14 my redem client at 100% despite that for the other rank everything works.

So no problem with the configuration.
Neither permissions are made and the ranks create.

Normally on Retros the ranks only go from 1-9 ( 1 being user 9 being owner) This could be your issue.

No, if i'm rank 1 i not crash if i'm rank 2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10/11/12/13/14 i crash
