Cranavvo's Badge Shop [HELP]

I'm getting some errors. I imported both of the SQL files into the phoenix database. I edited the config file

There was one that I had trouble with.
I put my badge folder correctly but I get a permission error . prob because of the .htaccess.

i just get You've successfully configured Cranavvo's badgeshop v0.3! All you need to do is rank yourself something higher than 4 and you'll be elegible to add a badge! idk what to do im rank 7
