Yeah i followed some v26 retro tutorial and it said how to upload to the web and it doesnt flipping work could some one help me because im back to square one basically:// site....

Please move ./install/config.php to ./includes/config.php to continue.

So Basically, Move C:/xampp/htdocs/install/config.php
To
C:/xampp/htdocs/includes/config.php
Then Delete the INSTALL folder.

Did you delete the folder 'Install' ? and move Config to the 'Includes' File, and send some pics of your htdocs folder?
