Constant PHP error

I continue to keep getting this PHP error when uploading to XAMPP

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING or '(' in XXX/XXX/global.php on line 22

Does anyone know how to fix it? Does the CMS require a particular version of PHP or something?​

Get PHP 5.3

Kryptos is right, you need to get PHP. If you're using IIS7 just get the PHP module.

Ok i will update my XAMPP on my laptop and have another shot.
