This emulator isn't support by the developer, all the releases out there are leaks but one release made by the developer in fear of it being leaked, all those releases are outdated (2014). The only hotel running Comet and still receiving continuous updates and support is a french one.

I do not think, is released with updates on other forums, I checked these days
