GEdit - HTML, CSS, C++, Javascript
Eclipse - Java, PHP
Mono - C++ (sometimes), C#
My favourite IDE:
GEdit - because it's the hard way into coding, and allows you to code without relying on stuff like intellisense and code completion. It also has some nice themes
