[Coder] Hiring a Web Designer that knows about Habbo developing

Im looking for a developer that knows most the languages, the ones you MUST know are HTML and PHP


What will you be developing on?
- You will be helping me make new versions of fansite templates
- You will be only HELPING if not able to do graphics thats okay.

Will you be paid?
- If I like the new versions you help me design and code, I will try to pay you.
- You will not be paid for every version, even if i like it, you still won't be paid everytime.

What I'm looking for
- A dedicated developer
- A developer that can handle me not liking their work when they worked hard on it.

Dude to get a good web dev that can do PHP you need to pay up for most versions. Or if you are hiring you need to at least do an hourly rate. Work aint for free
