You probably have nothing in your wwwroot

I fixed it. I didnt have PHP x

Just a note here, this DOES 100% work correctly, I use this all the time when I'm setting up someone a RevCMS powered hotel on IIS, The only thing is, you need to install the URL Rewrite module, you can get this from using the Web Platform Installer.
