CMS and Emulator

Hey all in here.

I was thinking of starting a hotel on my own server, only for a couple of freinds.

What CMS and Emulator are the best to start with?
I CANT code and therefore need a small simple and working cms. Maybe some small changes can be fixed, but not many.

If you can help please provide a link for both. CMS (including DB) and Emulator

There's tons of threads like this sprouting up, we all say the same things.

You can use RevCMS, BrainCMS, Arcturus, Arcturus (MorningStar), PlusEMU (loads of different builds released in the release section).
If you're new to this, I would use RevCMS or BrainCMS with Plus, it's easy to setup, there's tons of tutorials about this as well.
