Use the following:-

You must be registered for see links

Make sure you replace ALL of the existing figuredata.xml and figuremap.xml files, adding the SWF files into your gordon/production.
 
This clothing isn't sellable, meaning it will all appear in your avatar editor.

I use the exact same files so, you're doing something wrong

This is a simple and easy fix. Simply go onto your client and type the command listed below.
:update mutant
Once you've done that reload your client. BUT! make sure to clear your caches and cookies first! If you have Cloudflare FLUSH YOUR Caches in there too.
