Clothes Wont Load

I am very new to habbo & do not know much about it
I managed to create my first habbo hotel ever using this tutorial

I have tired over 10 tutorials but none worked, so i am very excited about having my first one.
My issue is when i load the client, The character has no skin, and none of the dressing up clothes load.
So he looks like a white alien.
When i asked the creator of the tutorial, how can i fix this

He replied back with change hr-125-31.ch-215-62.hd-209-8.lg-275-63 to the look code you want.
$_CONFIG['hotel']['figure'] = 'hr-125-31.ch-215-62.hd-209-8.lg-275-63'; //Default figure users will register with.

Being new to habbo this does not make sense, i know where this line is, in the config file but what would i change it too
I asked him to provide an example but he refused
Is it possible its a faulty tutorial
Sorry for the simple question but its my very first habbo tutorial & have no experience bu can easily learn

Everything else seems to work
Pets - I can choose colors
Furniture - ok

Is your swfs setup correctly? Did you edit your variables correctly? Double check it.

Do i check it in external_variables.txt
Is there a particular line i need to check in external_variables.txt

You uploaded the SWFs for the clothes right?

Just from research it might be the swf provided in the tutorial might not have clothes or the external variables are wrong
How can i check the SWFs for the clothes right?
Is it possible to download someone else clothes?

I downloaded another habbo hotel & had a similar issue
Someone posted their external_variables & it worked FINALLY
I wish i knew the exact line for avtar but help is hard to find here
You can lock this thread it was related to external_variables
