They still could be loading. Maybe not..
Check your Vars/Flash Texts if you host them yourself, also check your config file

i'm a totaly noob at this and i dont know if there anything wrong in them can you help me if i send them ?

You probably did install them right. Try following a tutorial.
Clear cache as well.
