Client Stuck on 76% with emulator running correctly

So my emulator launches correctly but my client is stuck on 76%
I've checked the variables and all that other shit.

Have you tried checking the actual URLS to your SWF? Example

You must be registered for see links

Yes i've checked em all

Is your config correct? If you can maybe paste the config here and just edit out your password etc from it
 
Also is it on VPS? or Home hosted?
 
And If you want to have this fixed as soon as possible I could take a look for you if youd like. Using Teamviewer of course.
