That would not be the problem. If that was the problem then the client would stay at the hotel view

Ok fair point, but stated by the kind member above - if it's R63B it doesn't allow connections, now for it "staying at hotel view" first it would need to find the SWfs now once again, that would be a R63 problem - Both are very specific although, if you have a rs4.php theres your problem/ make sure you changed the external_variables correctly.

Make sure that your hotel domain replaces %predefined% and any other links.
