Client Problem (403 FORBIDDEN)

I have a problem.
My developer resigned because he was going to start his own hotel.
I have run into a mistake and I hope to find someone here and at least who knows how to solve the problem!

VPS Information: my server is running on nginx Ubuntu

EMULATOR Information: Arcturus MorningStar

As soon as you enter the hotel you will receive a 403 Forbidden nginx/1.14.0 (Ubuntu)
