Client loads halfway!

Hello,
I am making a habbo retro.

The client is the r63. It has the two bars, it loads up the bottom one, but the top one doesn't load at all.
Help?


Also, for the ranking list. Say I put in : Moderation
It comes out on the rank list as Moderations.
How do I get rid of the S?

for the 2nd problem it will have a "s" after where it puts rank name on the staff page coding. Just remove the "s"
