**Client Loading Only To 85%** [HELP]

Hello. I had recently close down a retro, because the loader wouldn't load all the way. I am not owner, but I am one of the Hotel Managers. The owner of the hotel named Cody.Boyd. Had turn of the maintenance mode, and had fixed the client. It use to load to 75% now 85%. Somebody please help. Our CMS is called HomePremiumCMS and i don't know what emu the owner uses.

Looks like a swf problem.. But most retros that used the new js loader had problems.. The main reason people arent using them at the moment.

Is ther anyway i can fix it.
