Client help?

Among many issues, can someone TV me and help me get my client up and running again?
I am using a theme on RevCMS, 'HabboExtreme' and everything is working but the client.
And if that person can make it a pop out client instead of one that opens a new tab that'd be great. Thank you in advance.
