My client loads 100% then disconnects may someone help please

That's a simple fix!
It's your SWF's mostlikely, or the fact that your links to Externals etc in Config.php are incorrect entirely, I used to have this issue, but I checked and double checked my config file untill I finally found that External_Variables had no .txt at the end! Look for the simple things.
