Client Enter Help

Yeah, Hello People of Devbest, I am a noob who needs help with a client, I have done all the config and swfs and externals and vars correctly, (as so I think) and when I enter the client, it comes up with a White Background, how can I enter the client? thanks. skype: mike.fred5

right k thanks, i'll see if it makes any difference, if i want to replace the vars and txts i can right?
