Cheap but reliable laptop?

Hello DevBest,

Within this thread i'm looking for real suggestions... not any cocky, smartass, responses. I'm not extremely techno-savvy when it comes to actual computers, building computers, ect. But I am looking for a decent quality laptop for a low price. I'm wanting something that runs Windows OS and can either be bought online or locally. Any and all serious suggestions will be appreciated.

My budget is $500 or less. (I know it's not alot, but i'm a poor college kid... ok?)
